eLearning to all - an initiative by Hyderabad Chapter of EWB-India
Engineers Without Borders-India (EWB-India) is a member Associate of EWB-International.
EWB-India is established as a non-profit Society (under the Societies Act). EWB-India has Professional Chapters and Student Chapters.
EWB-India Hyderabad Chapter have undertaken and completed several projects for Orphanages, Schools and for the Social community. These Chapters are associated with sponsored projects in Krushi Home ‘Solar Power Plant Project’, ZPH School projects in Gowdavalli village, Primary School project in Gowdavalli village, Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Hyderabad Residential Building project and did flawless execution of these projects to complete on time.
EWB-India has undertaken social projects from Year 2009 onwards. Some of the major projects establishment of eLearning centers in Government schools of Hyderabad and Bangalore and also creation of learning environment for school going girl children of Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Hyderabad (KGNMT) so that the student community will excel in Science and Mathematics education. The overall cost of projects –eLearning centers and creation of learning environment is being met with contributions from all over the Globe.
Mr. Bharat C. Maharaj, Pratt & Whitney’s General Manager is the Chairman of Board of Directors of EWB-India.
Mr. Mohana Rao Ramanadham, General Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Solutions, Cyient Ltd., is the President of Hyderabad Chapter.
